Anneretha Fouche

CEO and Founder

Although she was born and raised on a countryside farm, Waterbron in the small town, Riebeeck-Kasteel this is no ordinary “small town girl.”

Anneretha’s passion for perfection, professional work ethic and over 25 years of medical administration and accounts experience transformed her into the ‘accounts-master’ she is today.

With her warrior frame of mind, she fearlessly responded to the tremendous hunger for well-ordered and trouble-free accounts departments and established Flourish SA medical bureau in 2014. Throughout her years of experience, she attentively prepared accounts systems that works best for optimal practice success.

Just like the small town girl, Flourish started off as a small business. The company soon started to thrive and still does. Although we’re growing at a rapid rate, keeping our personal yet professional bond with all our clients will always be one of our biggest priorities.

A special thanks to our first two clients Dr Hein de Jongh and Dr Lior Sareli who believed in us from the very start. May you be blessed and flourish forever.

Today Anneretha shares her passion and skills with the team with overseeing, training, and providing 24/7 support.

André Fouche

HR Manager

Andre is in charge of organising, planning, coordinating and directing the administrative processes for Flourish SA. Among his responsibilities are overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new employees; consulting with business partners on strategic planning; and serving as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.

André greeted the pharmaceutical industry in July 2016. As Flourish SA expanded, André joined Anneretha in building the company. Today they are focused on building their vision for Flourish SA together.
