Flourish can assist with City of Cape Town IOD’s only. SpesNet will be able to assist with COIDA, SAPS, RMA, and FEMA IOD’s. The only IOD’s the practice should take responsibility for is DEPARTMENT IOD claims.
In addition to removing a huge administrative burden from in practice operations, our bureau provides continuous services throughout the year. The practice need not worry about another employee’s administration, such as salaries, bonuses, UIF, rosters, locums, training, etc. All members of our well-trained team are up-to-date on the latest modifications and updates of medical schemes. Although the practice submits accounts to your medical aid, you are ultimately responsible for any shortfalls on those accounts. Gap cover holders should submit short-paid in-hospital accounts within the claim period.
